Metabolomics

Metabolomics is a research method comprising qualitative and quantitative analysis of all metabolites in an organism. It involves the comparison of the metabolome between control and test groups, screening of differential metabolites by statistical analysis, and metabolic pathway analysis of differential metabolites, to identify differences between metabolites and physiological/pathological changes.

Untargeted Metabolomics

Untargeted metabolomics is used to identify and quantify as many metabolites as possible in a biological sample, without prior knowledge of the metabolites present. It is an important branch of metabolomics and designed to obtain a metabolite profile and screen for differentially-expressed molecules in the sample.

Lipidomics Profiling

Lipidomics is a new branch of metabolomics, which analyzes the compositions and content changes of lipids (major categories, subclasses and molecular types) in biological samples such as cells, tissues, organs or body fluids. Mass Spec based lipidomics (LC-MS), involves the comparison of the lipidome between control and test groups in order to screen differential lipids by statistical analysis, so as to identify differences between lipid metabolism and physiological/pathological changes.

High-throughput Targeted Metabolomics HM Pro2300

The HM Pro2300 panel uses LC-MS/MS technology for high-throughput targeted metabolomics detection. HM Pro2300 can simultaneously detect more than 2000 metabolites, including 700 small molecules and more than 1600 lipids which covers all kinds of important metabolites and core metabolic pathways. We also provide HM700 and HML1600, only detecting hydrophilic small molecules and lipids respectively.

High-throughput Targeted Metabolomics HM700

The HM700 panel uses LC-MS/MS technology for high-throughput targeted metabolomics detection. It covers 700 metabolites including 30 metabolite classes addressing key pathophysiological processes relevant in gut microbiota research and cancer research areas. This enables greater in-depth mining of metabolome information, while providing accurate quantification, excellent reproducibility, and high throughput. Each metabolite is quantitatively determined using the standard curve.

High-throughput Targeted Metabolomics HML1600

The HML1600 performs high throughput targeted metabolomics detection and analysis by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) quantitative analytical technique for more than 1,600 lipids of 12 subclasses by the method of combining standard curves with internal standard, covering all kinds of lipids with important biological functions. HML1600 is used for nervous system disease research, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease research, nutritional metabolism research, lipid metabolism research, and other fields.
